Your Biggest Money Blocker

When I was a kid I had to always tell my parents what I did with my money

The interesting thing with time is that we all have the same amount. Still, some people seem to get so many things done and others are struggling to find the time to do what is most urgent.
The first thing to do is to change the perception of time. If you are telling yourself over and over again that you are running out of time or that there is not enough time. You are creating a stronger belief that it is true.
I know it might sound superficial but stay with me. There is a belief about it and a strategy to take.
Instead of strengthening the belief of not having enough time, you would ask yourself:
What would a person with plenty of time choose?
By asking that question you are giving your brain a new instruction and you will gradually start to perceive time in a different way.
Then there are some practical steps as well.
Every day, ask yourself: What is the #1 most important thing to do today? If only that thing got done today, I will feel satisfied.
What are things that take your time that are not necessary at this time in your life and business? Take that off for right now. It is totally ok to get back to them at a later stage if you then choose to.
What are things that you could delegate to someone else?
Take time for yourself. What do you really enjoy? Do that and enjoy every moment of it, not thinking that you should be or do something else.

You are a very nice person. Which have their pros and cons.
The pros are that it is easy to like you, you get along well with others, but the downside is that if you meet the wrong person, they can take advantage of you.
You are giving away too much of yourself and if it goes too far you will feel drained and maybe even bitter. You would like to have someone see you the way you see other people. It does not work like that. You must step up and set the boundaries you want to have for yourself.
When you are not used to it, it can feel painful. If you feel like that, allow yourself to take it step by step. Don’t try to eat the elephant in one bite. That is a path to overwhelm and disaster.
Maybe the biggest of them all – be kind to yourself first, then be kind to other people.

You have dreams and ideas of what you want to accomplish, but it takes too long to reach them, you feel. It is like you have two opposite forces living inside of you. One part that wants to grow and move forward. And another part that is doubting and wants you to be careful.
You see other people succeed the way you want to, sometimes compare yourself with them, and feel bad when you are not reaching the same levels.
The most important thing for you is to only compare yourself with yourself. We have all different journeys and different beliefs that we are carrying and living out.
You might have had caretakers that were nice people but did comply to live their lives as everybody else did. Not as they wanted. You are on your way to breaking free from your family patterns and you still have some steps to take.
Behind the fears and doubting thoughts, you have a massive inner strength. When you have too much doubt this strength is working against you and that is why you sometimes feel that everything is so hard.
The uncomfortable feelings can be your helpers if you change your perspective on them. If you take a step back and see what message they have, you have the opportunity to learn more about what limiting beliefs you have adopted way back. Those limitations are ready to be changed into something bigger and better. They are ready to be released, that is why they showed up.
The more of them you can release, the closer you will come to connect with your inner power so it can work in favor of you. Then you will feel confident enough to know that you can move mountains.

Having too much control makes you overwork. Not trusting others is also a projection of not trusting yourself.
It will cost you time, money, and missed opportunities.
If you feel that it is difficult for you to delegate things to other people you can ask for help from a coach, or a virtual assistant to give you suggestions on what you could delegate and how that would work. Take it step by step so you can feel safe letting go of the task.
Having not enough control especially over your money situation is risky. You don’t know if you can afford what you want or how much tax to pay until it might be too late to do anything about it.
Look for moving towards the middle.
Ask yourself:
Where do I feel out of control? List it and take action one task at a time.
What can someone else do? Who can help you see that perspective and guide you?
What do I need to be in control of? Create a structure that works for you, so you are on top of those things.

What are the thoughts that run in your head over and over again? Are they nice or are they talking you down? To start to listen to the inner thoughts in your mind is the first step to conscious communication. No matter what you say and how you intend to say it, what you feel inside is the most powerful part of communication there is.
I am sure you have noticed that with some of the people you have met. You notice something is off, but you cannot put the finger on what it is. They are incongruent.
Step # 1 is to notice the thoughts in your head and forgive yourself if you are having thoughts that pull you down.
Step # 2 is to look for a time when you felt good about yourself and nurture that feeling. When you do that, it will put you in a better place of communication with others in a way that is easier received in a good way.
If you are avoiding speaking your truth to other people, especially in difficult conversations or difficult money situations, ask yourself what you are afraid of. What is it that you don’t want to happen? Then ask again, what is the worst thing that can happen with that, and so on until you have reached a point that you can go no further. Then go back and think of the conversation again and see if it feels easier. If not, you do the procedure again until it has eased up and the hesitation is gone.

Meet Evakarin
I started my coaching business 20 years ago. At the same time I started my business I became a single mother with five kids. And I had no idea how to get clients.
Because I needed to learn how to market myself in the beginning I quickly saw that so many other coaches and consultants were lacking knowledge about marketing. So I ended up as a sales and marketing coach.
The journey to be a business owner is really a journey of self-discovery at the same time. When you want your business to grow, you need to grow. You need to change how you see yourself.
A common saying is that 80% of success is inner work. I tend to agree with that. But we need to take action as well. That is what I am inviting you to do over the coming days. You will step by step create a personal marketing plan that is simple to do and follow.
